30K–70K+ impressions/day per truck · GPS-verified routes · 24–48hr launch
Event crowds are the most concentrated audiences in any market, and they are also the most predictable. You know where tens of thousands of people will be, on what date, arriving along which roads, in what mood. Very little advertising gets that much certainty.
The valuable window is usually not during the event — it is the two hours before and the hour after, when the crowd is in traffic, in the parking approach, or walking to a bar afterward. That is when attention is available and when a screen at eye level is genuinely hard to miss.
Our trucks carry full-motion HD video and an optional audio system, which matters more at events than anywhere else: an activation outside a venue can behave like part of the event rather than an ad beside it.
The arrival and exit windows
Stadium traffic is slow, dense and captive. Cars queue on the approach roads for an hour or more, and passengers in those cars have nothing to do. A truck working the approach is reaching a fully attentive audience that cannot scroll past it.
The exit window is shorter but equally concentrated, and it catches people deciding where to go next — which makes it the strongest moment for any message with a call to action attached.
What we route
Approach highways and surface streets
Two to three hours before an event, where arrival traffic backs up.
Parking lots and structure approaches
The slowest-moving, highest-dwell traffic at any venue.
Pedestrian gates and plazas
Where crowds walk in on foot, close enough to read detail.
Festival perimeters
Around multi-day grounds where the audience returns each day.
Post-event corridors
The bars, restaurants and rideshare zones crowds move to afterward.
Festivals versus single events
A single game or concert is one sharp window. A multi-day festival is a different problem: the same audience returns each day, so repetition builds fast and creative needs to change to stay interesting.
For festival runs we typically rotate creative daily against the lineup or programming schedule, which keeps the truck from becoming wallpaper by day three.

Concert & Sports Event Marketing FAQ
Can you get close to the stadium?
We route the public approach roads, surface streets and pedestrian corridors around a venue. The venue footprint itself is private property and controlled by the operator.
Is the best time before or after the event?
Usually before. Arrival traffic is slower and lasts longer, so dwell time is higher — though the exit window is strongest for calls to action.
Do the trucks have audio?
Yes, an audio system is available, which is used more at events than in any other campaign type.
Can you cover a multi-day festival?
Yes, and we recommend rotating creative daily so the message stays fresh for a returning audience.
Do you need permission from the venue or team?
Not for public streets. If you want access to venue property or official sponsor status, that is negotiated with the operator separately.
How fast can we launch?
Within 24–48 hours of creative approval when trucks are available.
How much does it cost?
Typical campaigns run $1,500 to $5,000+ per day. Championship and marquee events are the highest-demand windows.
What reporting do we get?
GPS route logs, timestamps and verified impression zones in a real-time dashboard, plus proof-of-performance photos and video.
Ready to launch?
If trucks are available, your campaign is live in 24–48 hours. No long lead times.
