Convention & Trade Show Advertising
Reach attendees at CES, SXSW, medical conferences and industry expos — routing the venue perimeter, host hotels, shuttle stops and rideshare zones the show floor does not control.

30K–70K+ impressions/day per truck · GPS-verified routes · 24–48hr launch
A trade show gathers your entire addressable market into one building for four days — and then sells you the right to be visible inside it at a price set by the organizer. Sponsorship tiers, booth placement and banner inventory are all controlled, finite, and expensive.
The street outside is not. The sidewalk between the hotel and the hall, the shuttle queue, the rideshare pickup zone, the block where everyone walks to dinner — these are where attendees spend their unstructured time, and where a mobile LED truck reaches them with no sponsorship gatekeeping at all.
This is our single most requested campaign type, and it is the clearest use case in our entire service line: a known audience, a known location, a known schedule.
Why conquesting works at conventions
Attendees at a major show are a filtered audience. They paid to attend, they traveled, and they are there specifically to evaluate vendors. There is no cheaper way to reach that quality of prospect than to be visible where they are already standing.
Non-exhibitors use this to establish presence without buying a booth. Exhibitors use it to drive booth traffic and to stay visible outside hall hours. Both work, and both cost a fraction of an upgraded sponsorship tier.
Where we route during a show
Venue perimeter
The entrances and crosswalks attendees pass on foot, timed to session breaks rather than clock hours.
Host hotels
The corridors between the official hotel block and the convention center.
Shuttle stops and rideshare zones
Where attendees stand still, often for several minutes, with nothing to look at.
Dinner and nightlife districts
The evening corridors where the real conversations happen.
Airport approach
Arrival routing that reaches attendees before the show even starts.
Timing against the show schedule
Convention routing is not a steady loop. Attendance flows in bursts — keynote start, session breaks, hall close, evening events — and a truck that is at the entrance during a keynote is showing a screen to an empty sidewalk.
We route against the published show schedule, and because creative updates remotely, the message can change between the morning B2B pitch and the evening reception invitation on the same day.

Convention & Trade Show Advertising FAQ
Do we need to be an exhibitor?
No. That is a large part of why this works — the public streets around a venue are not controlled by the show organizer.
Which shows do you cover?
Any show in our 30+ markets, including CES and the Las Vegas convention calendar, SXSW in Austin, Moscone shows in San Francisco, McCormick Place in Chicago, and the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando.
How close can the truck get to the venue?
We route the public streets and approaches around the venue. Private property and organizer-controlled areas are not routable, but the corridors attendees walk almost always are.
When should we book?
As early as possible for major shows. CES, SXSW and Comic-Con weeks are the tightest availability of the year in their markets.
Can we change the message during the show?
Yes, at no additional cost — most convention campaigns change creative daily against the session schedule.
How much does it cost?
Typical campaigns run $1,500 to $5,000+ per day. Peak convention weeks are the highest-demand windows in their markets.
Can you run in several show cities in one year?
Yes. Multi-market convention programs are coordinated centrally with per-market routing.
What proof do we get?
GPS route logs, timestamps and verified impression zones in a real-time dashboard, plus proof-of-performance photos and video.
Ready to launch?
